SHRIMP COCKTAIL
sustainably farmed shrimp in a tomato base salsa with: cucumber, lime, diced avocado, onion, and cilantro. Served with saltine crackers.

CEVICHE
farmed shrimp marinated in lime juice with mango, tomato, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro. Topped with fresh avocado and served with chips.

our Mole is a union of states, sweetness from Puebla and hint of spice from Michoacán. Glazed over grilled or shredded chicken, topped with sesame seeds and served with Lupita’s Spanish rice, sautéed vegetables.

ENCHILADAS CATALINAS
three corn tortillas cooked in a chile California sauce, filled with shredded chicken, rolled, and topped with: steamed potatoes, carrots, lettuce, sour cream, avocado, queso cotija, tomato, and onion slices.

CAMARONES A LA DIABLA
dedicated to spice lovers; eight large shrimp sautéed in our salsa de aceíte mellowed down with chile California salsa, served with Lupita’s Spanish rice, refried beans, avocado slices.

TEQUILA SHRIMP
making its way from Texas and still here; eight large shrimp sautéed in a chipotle-tequila salsa. Served with Lupita’s Spanish Rice, sautéed vegetables.

CHILES RELLENOS
Two roasted poblano peppers stuffed with Queso Fresco Verde, pan-fried in a medium layer of egg batter, topped with our special tomato salsa, and queso cotija.

traditional bowl of diced pork and opuntia cactus cooked in a green chile-tomatillo salsa.
