Mental Health Support Event
Community event to share how to understand and navigate mental health for spouses, parents, and friends of those struggling.
There will have different break out sessions to 1. Teach a communication tool to gauge where someone is at when they are struggling so parents/spouses/friends know exactly what “I’m ok” means 2. Training on how to be able to respond and help in the exact way they need 3. Resources to help the person struggling find a new normal 5. Q&A after each session 6. Nourishing desserts for mental health will be shared 7. Opportunity to share testimonials of how the information was beneficial.
