Park City Council adopted a Chain Business Ordinance in August. That will limit the number of chain stores on historic Main Street. That action triggered property owners on Main Street to file a lawsuit against the City. Meanwhile, Council has asked staff to provide them with business licensing options. This, along with several other items will be part of Thursday’s council meeting beginning at 3pm. Carolyn Murray has more:
