Russ has been an educator for 40 years. In his university years at BYU, he was trained by one of BYU’s social scientists who studied Hermann’s patterns of brain dominance and how it affects people’s perceptions and choices through life. Today he works as an educational consultant. Russ has helped husbands and wives identify their brain dominance to help them in their relationships. He has also used brain dominance to help teachers and parents help children better process information.\n
