SUMMARY:Blue Collar Tour
DESCRIPTION:Western Welding Academy is coming to you! We at WWA are excited to announce that your town is to be featured as part of our 2024 Blue Collar Tour. Of the thousands of schools that applied, your town is one of the lucky few we get to visit!\n\nBeginning January 16, 2024 the Blue Collar Tour will visit over 30 different high schools and trade schools across the United States. BCT showcases the trades, in an exciting way, as a viable alternative to the traditional college route.\nOur team will be stopping by Wasatch Alternative School for stop #31 in Heber City, Utah alongside their Welding Teachers, Lindsey Jacobson and Malcolm Rose, to put on a show stopping production that highlights welding and the opportunities it can provide as a career.\nIt would be great to have you chat with Beau, our Creative Director, and discuss how important and valuable the trades are. America NEEDS builders and doers; we’re doing our part to Build a Better Generation alongside our sponsors, DeWalt, AWG, Build Submarines, and Outlaw Leather. \nWe’d like to invite you to see what we’re all about from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm (noon) on March 6, 2024 at Wasatch Alternative School as we demonstrate the skill and excitement of welding.\nMore information on the event can be found here: 2024 Blue Collar Tour (westernweldingacademy.com)\n
