Spectators come from all over to cheer on the participants and experience something new.\nIn other parts of the world, skijoring is a winter sport where a skier is pulled by a horse, dog, another animal, or even a motor vehicle. The name is derived from the Norwegian word skikjøring, meaning “ski driving.” Here in Heber Valley, the sport features a horse and rider pulling a skier or even boarder.\n
